Trying to bulk up but trying to lose belly fat?
Wednesday, January 7th, 2009I am 30 @ 6′ and 150 lbs. I went to the gym earlier this year and worked with a trainer for a few months. I am a skinny guy but I wanted to put on some muscle (chest and biceps) as well as lose a little bit of my belly fat (not a lot at all). The trainer had me eating (I still do it) lots of pasta after workouts to help me bulk up. I’ve cut out a lot of fat from my diet and eats lots of protein like chicken and fish. I also eat 6-7 times a day. I can see my 6 pack when I flex my stomach muscles but I still have a little bit of stomach fat. Is there a way to get rid of the fat completely without sacrificing any muscle build-up that I have gained? Thanks.
