hey what are some good ways to lose belly fat besides sit ups?
Wednesday, January 28th, 2009and if sit ups REALLY ARE the best way, then how to i stop the pain in my thighs, back, and neck? also, is it okay to but my feet under something to hold them down?
i heard cardio, like running is good, but will i lose belly fat or fat from somewhere else? also, if cardio IS the answer, then how long should i run? like a mile, a mile and 1/2……???
