		<description>Eating healthy is good. Jump roping, I think,  would help your delts, biceps, calves, and abdomen. So I think since it makes your stomach hurt when you jump rope that it means you're exercising your belly. Try it! I want to know how it turns out!</description>

When you are exercising, you burn off anerobic energy for the first few minutes before your heart gets going, so it helps your heart the most to exercise for more than 10min at a time.</description>
