Will jump roping for 30 minutes a day help me lose belly fat?

I have a little bit of a belly. and I want to trim it away. If I jump rope 10 minutes, 3 times a day, plus eat healthy, will I lose the fat off my stomach?

    Yes. Any kind of aerobic exercise on a regular basis will help you lose fat. You’ll help your heart more by doing 15min twice a day though. Better yet, do 15min three times a day. When you are exercising, you burn off anerobic energy for the first few minutes before your heart gets going, so it helps your heart the most to exercise for more than 10min at a time.

    yeah but you should up your cardio to 30minutes a day.. jumprope then jogg or bike. Then do some ab routines to focus the weight loss in that area…goodluck

    Eating healthy is good. Jump roping, I think, would help your delts, biceps, calves, and abdomen. So I think since it makes your stomach hurt when you jump rope that it means you’re exercising your belly. Try it! I want to know how it turns out!
