Lay flat on the ground… then lift both legs straight into the air and slowly bring them back down. It works the lower abs well. Try at least 20 per night or morning for the 1st week and and increase it by 10 per week until you get to 50. Walking is a good exercise for overall body health.

It isn’t the exercises or food at bedtime!!!
When you get up in the morning, do a lot of slow stretching exercises, nothing too strenuous, just stretching! Eat a good breakfast: eggs, bacon or sausage, toast. Walk a mile or to work or school!! Quit relying on the gas hog!! Too far to walk to work? bike!! Half of an apple with cream cheese or cheese dip for snacking. Water at hand all day.
Lunch a delicious salad with cubed meats on it and real dressing. Walk for the rest of the lunch hour!!! mid afternoon snack: handful of nuts and other half of apple. water always at hand!!
Walk home, cool down with slow stretching, salad and 3 oz serving of meat.
Bedtime snack!!! surprise?? I like half cup of ice cream at bedtime!! My one cheat treat of the day. If you want pie, have just half serving, 1 cookie rather than 2, half serving of cake!! this keeps most of us sane while we are changing our lifestyles!!
The low carb heavy walking is a lifestyle!! you don’t ever quit it. Just change up some things every once in a while, but if you find gaining inches again, go back to the basics.
Much good luck

Try doing crunches, and reverse crunches. That usually works for me if I stick to it.
