What are good excersises to lose belly fat, and thigh fat?

i just went to a nutrition class and diet is a big part of toning up or losing weight…jogging and fast walking is good for the fat on top and crunches and lunges are good for the muscles under it you may have muscles but if you have fat on top of it you will not be able to see it…sweating os good so if you get those things that you wrap arpound your thighs and belly it will make it sweat a lot more i am trying to lose 15 lbs so i hope i have been helpful i take my dog to the park almost every day and walk the loop which goes around the lake there it is .8 almost a mile and .3 from my house to the park so if i walk around twice i get a little more than 2 miles…and it does not even feel like it, but when my body get used to that then i will have to start joggin the whole thing and then when my body gets used to that i will have to go around 3 times…u get the drift? cuz when your body is used to it, it becomes easy and does not do anything except maintain what weight you are…to do more you have to do more than what your body can handle! well that’s all bye!!:)
