Need to lose belly fat around stomach in 3 months?

I am 16 years old, male, 6′4 and weigh 170 pounds. I am kinda skinny on my whole body except around my stomach i have some fat that i don’t like. I wanna get rid of it so i can achieve my goal of getting close to a six pack before school starts up again in 3 months. I am in a gym, and i heard that one of the best ways to lose this fat is to jog on tredmill. Does anyone know any specific excercises besides tredmill that would help me get to my goal? And how long should I jog on a tredmill per session? Also, what type of foods should i be eating? I dont wanna lose weight and get skinnier, I wanna get bigger/get more mass and i want to get that fat off my belly. Thanks in advance.

    Jogging on a treadmill can help build underlying ab muscle. You must do it right. Stand up straight, do not bend forward. If you can try to crossover your feet as they come forward. There is nothing wrong with a good diet even if you want to gain weight, just stay away from simple sugars and eat balanced. Just do other things like proper weight lifting. Shoulder work is important, it makes the waist look smaller, women really like broad shoulders. The six pac comes from the underlying muscle and fat loss. At sixteen you really shouldn’t loose to much fat, just redistribute your weight by building muscle.

    You should do the 8 minute abs workout every day. Its very effective. Also, running/jogging every day or even every other day. You should no what foods you dont need to eat.
