		<description>when u lose fat ..u lose from ur total body fat ...not from a specific place...but be patient...coz always the last place where u lose fat is ur "fat store" which is the area which contains the highest amount of fat in ur body...anyway stick toa diet which is low in fat "dun exceed 20% from ur calories comin from fat" n high in protein ...n moderate carbohydrates...

1 gram fat = 9 calories
1 gram protein = 4 calories
1 gram crabohydrates = 4 calories

coz u know u can reach ur ideal weight but u still wanna lose some fat from ur body...its not all abt the scale...
but u seem to be onthe r8 track
