crunches or situps, they’re very effective if you do them right
they flatten and tone your stomach

its pretty much impossible to direct your weight loss to a certain area (unfortunately!!!) which means that if you just up your cardio exercise - running, swimming, cycling etc. you should be able to get rid of the fat. however, other areas of your body may be ridden of fat before your stomach.
crunches just build up the muscle under the fat therefore i wouldnt reccommend these until you have gotten rid of it
hope i helped

Well, don’t drink soda, not even diet. No sugars, no chips, more protein, eat the weigth watchers food and skinny cow ice cream, do that 6 days a week, but on sunday, eat junk food. If you go strict all 7 days, you’re body will get used to it, so if you eat junk one day week, you’re body will get a wake up my mom started on april last year and she has lost 98 pounds.

do crunches and sit ups, and then add a small amount of cardio to get the fat off the muscle taht you build from the crunches. eat a lot of fiber, it really helps when trying to flatten your tummy. You wont lose much weight anyways, b/c in order to have flab stomach, you will build muscle, which weighs more so you’ll probably end up just a little bit under like maybe 125 lbs. ?
