How to lose belly fat without getting big abs?
slayer asked:
I always found that abs werent THAT attractive. Their okay…anywase, I really want to lose my abdominal fat, without getting big abs.. I just want a nice flat stomach, with just a little definition, not too much. I already lost 60 pounds while eating right, so I already know all about my food intake. Can someone tell me what exercises I should be doing, and how many?

You don’t exercise your stomach to lose belly fat… you can’t “spot-reduce” fat. Just do aerobic, calorie-burning exercises (running, cycling, swimming), and that will burn fat all over your body.

Most people don’t get really big abs. Just a lucky few. You shouldn’t have to worry about anything. Especially if you are fine with just a little definition. Concentrate on what you put into your body to insure that you get the most out of your ab workouts. The less you put on the less you have to work out the muscle… thus the smaller your abs will be.
But either way, it is a lot better to have good-looking (or “big” as you would say) abs, than to have belly fat. So you really can’t lose. Good luck to you!
