There is no quick solution you will need to do some physical exercise for at least 1 hour each day that gets your heart beat pumping followed by making sure you are eating healthy - fresh fruit and vegetables.
If you can go to a gym start doing some weights and do some crunches as well as push ups. 3 sets of 10 if you are doing them correctly you will feel it
If you drink soft drinks stop right now. Water only from now on.

Do crunches. Do 500 a day and I can promise you that by the time School starts you will have a flat stomach. I was in the same predicament last year and I did the 500 every day except Sundays starting a month before school starts and my stomach was flat by the time I went back. You will ache but like the saying goes “no pain no gain”. Good luck!!

Walk, swim, eat less fatty foods, and stop or reduce the stress in your life.
Start and end your day everyday with at least a 30 minute walk while holding you stomach in. Leave the junk food alone. Eat plenty of fruits and vegetables. drink plenty of water.
