Exercise is a huge help…but! do NOT OVER DO IT!
Also watch what you eat…but the 1st is best, and you really can not rush…o.k.

yuppp! I struggled with that little bit of “baby fat” about a month ago. I hated it, I was tiny but I still had that little pooch and I wanted it GONE. So what I did was the stairmaster at the gym..It rocks and really toned up my sides. Also I did pilates and I ate lots of fruits and veggies. Also, my number one fat burner was jump roping! It was fun and easy!! try it and I swear you WILL lose weight FAST!

That explains your picture. Start exercising. Eat better. It’s not rocket science people.

You need to balance diet and exercise, just like you’re doing.
With diet, don’t forget that you need to keep a balanced diet and/or supplement with vitamins. If you don’t take care of yourself nutrition-wise, then you’ll just be losing muscle, and that’s no good.
With the exercise, be sure you’re doing lots of overall cardio (running, walking, swimming, spinning), as well as targeted strength and flexibility training (various ab exercises). Remember that cross-training is a good way to increase overall fitness and avoid injuries caused by repetition or overuse.

Top exercise for weight loss
There is no doubt that you can lose weight without exercise. But with exercising you can speed up the process of weight loss. Exercise mainly help you lose weight in the following ways:
* Burn more calories while exercising
* If you exercise for longer hours, you will be able to burn calories at an high rate for an extended period after you have completed your weight loss session.
* If the exercise places a high enough load on your muscles, they will increase in size, and burn more Calories even when your body is at rest.
This method is an important aspect of weight loss as it makes you to burn more calories at all tiles. Muscle tissue is more “metabolically active” than body fat. With more muscle and less fat, your metabolic rate is naturally higher.
Muscular variation occurs most readily when the load placed on a muscle exceeds about 60% of its maximum contractile strength. This makes weight training one of your best exercise choices, and the most direct path to a sleeker, shapelier body.
