Alright this is going to be short and sweet. I want to lose belly fat but I do not want to lose anymore weight. Any suggestions! I am 20 yrs old, 6 ft 1 inches and weight 170 lbs, Thanks

    To avoid losing weight, lift weights. Muscle weighs more than fat.

    To gain muscle but lose fat, do a ton of cardio and weight lifting. Not much fun, but it works.
