youtube has some really nice videos if you just search ab workouts or whatever you need
The key to losing belly fat is exercise and proper eating. You need the exercise to get your abs and you need the low calorie diet to get them to show.

To avoid losing weight, lift weights. Muscle weighs more than fat.
To gain muscle but lose fat, do a ton of cardio and weight lifting. Not much fun, but it works.
