How long should i run for to lose belly fat?

Well, it’s recommend you do at least 1hr of cardio. So running will be a good idea, you should also consider doing jogging, swimming, ellipticals and treadmills.
I’ve been on a diet for 1 month and so, almost 2 months really. and I do cardio everyday for 1hr, and I assure you, stomach fat is NOT easy to eliminate. You are probably gonna have to wait 3 months, no joke. Stomach fat is the hardest to reduce, just stay calm, relax and give it some time.

eat less refined foods, excersise…no need to run for 60mins….30 mins shld do..and do more strength training excersises. eat more veggies, and sleep well. that shld do the trick. doing sit ups dont work…try doing exercises that focus on the core. you will target more muscle groups than just doing sit ups
