I’m not old, but I want to know how I can lose my stomach fat without excersizing a lot.

    Eating clean is the ultimate way to lose that stubborn belly fat. Exercise moderately and eat similar to this eating plan:
    You are not that over weight: Here is how you do it!

    Diet is equally as important: 4-5 meals per day
    3 meals with 300-400 Cals 2 100 cal snacks

    Meal 1: Protein, Fat, Complex carbs
    Choose one: Protein
    Low fat- Greek plain yogurt- 1 serving 22 g pro
    Low-fat Cottage cheese- 1 serving- 15 g pro
    1 egg, 3 egg whites with turkey
    Choose One: Fiber/ Complex Car
    Whole grain bread- 1 slice with 1 tbs. almond butter
    1/2 cup oatmeal with blue berries/ honey/ Splenda

    Meal 2 Snack: choose 1-2
    Protein Bar: 20 grams of protein/ >10 carbs >8 g fat
    (Think Thin)
    Mozz. Cheese Stick
    Bable Cheese
    Small yogurt
    Cottage cheese (1 serving)
    Fruit
    Nuts (1 handful)

    Meal 3: Lunch (Pro. Fat. Complex Carbs)
    Choose 1:
    Grilled/ Broiled chicken salad with veg, cheese, eggs, oil and vinegar dressing
    Hamburger patty wrapped in lettuce with tomato, pickle, mustard, ketchup, salad with oil and vinegar
    Turkey wrap, with lettuce tomato, mustard, and one slice cheese
    Scramble with eggs and veg and cheese (1 egg, 2-3 egg whites)

    Meal 4:
    Protein Bar: 20 grams of protein/ >10 carbs >8 g fat
    (Think Thin)
    Mozz. Cheese Stick
    Bable Cheese
    Small yogurt
    Cottage cheese (1 serving)
    Fruit
    Nuts (1 handful)

    Meal 5: Dinner Fat, Pro. Complex Carbs
    Make this meal lighter than 1 and 3
    Same as lunch, proteins, complex crabs from salad. veg and lean fats.

    AVOID: White sugar, White carbs! you don’t need them!!!

    you can detox, but what does the word mean? to clean all the crap out of your system, not lose weight. So if your trying to lose belly fat, let me tell ya, its hard. Make sure your doing enough exercises to keep the ab muscles strong and in shape, and the belly fat is the last type of fat to leave your body. Before the fat around your midsection goes away you have to lose most of the fat in your arms, shoulders and legs before it really starts to go away from your midsection. I recommend doing aerobic exercise for 2-3 a wk for 25-35 min max. I say max b/c after 30 min your body stops burning fat and tends to move to both fat and your muscle. If you dont want to exercise alot, good luck, it wont work b/c like i said before you have to lose most other body fat in your body. you can take diet pills and lose weight but the moment you stop taking them you will gain all that weight and more b/c the pills and powders are most of a superficial fix and if you exercise and target aerobic exercise you will lose the fat, good luck.

    There many ways you can lose your stomach fat without exercising much. First you should try as much as you can to stop taking sugary drinks like cola drinks and other high calorie foods. You can still try phentermine,it’s a good drug for losing fat. But first consult you doctor before using it.
