You must be “stress-free.” Do as I would do. I am not “skinny.” I “bought” a tray of “raw vegetables with dip.” I thought that I was pacifying my “grown daughter.” Instead I found out that the “veggies” were stupendously delicious. The “natural” flavor was extraordinary. Now I am hooked. I will have a “svelte” figure and so can you. You see, there is NO grease or “fat” products to make you fat. Also, I use “olive oil” because it cleans the plaque out of the blood vessels. It has “powerful” antioxidants in it. You will have the healthy “shape” that you want. Peace, Love and God Bless.

I found motivation in myself because I seen the pig that I had become. I didn’t even have any energy and felt like going to sleep too much. One day I just got up and began to workout then that same day I made my self my workout plan and printed it out. I said I will not stop, I have gone this far so I just can’t stop. Even though I had a few obstacles now and then I still continued to workout. My life completely changed for the better. My doctor said I am healthier than him. I went from a size 9 pants to a size 5. I wasn’t trying to loose pants sizes but am glad. I got a nice toned, healthy body with some **** abs that I had always dreamed of.
To find motivation you can find it in yourself
or try getting a friend to workout with you.
Picture the future you that you would like to become.
Put some pictures up on the fridge to stop yourself from overeating. It gets easier every time! Just do it!

Okay so you’re dealing with part heredity and part out of shape. Talk to your doctor or a local health club to get some help on how to lose belly fat — it can lead to heart problems as you get older.

I got to tell you, I really don’t think there is a way except, diet and excerise, to me I would rather be overweight, not obese, than eat stuff I don’t want or like.

I went to the bookstore (anyone will do) and found a book that counts calories and carbs….next I got a day runner (planner ) for diabetics $20 and first week I lost a pound , second week I lost 3 more, third week I lost 5 and each day a lb here and pound there…..I was 240 Lbs, I’m now down to 200, and I have stopped losing, but Im still on the diet, my stomach is flat and I feel really good when I walk the pounds off (1 hour per day) If your male you start out with about 3500 calories and you slowly remove calories for a loss. but never go below 1300 calories.

Try yoga or pilates. It’s good for your belly and it strengthens your core. Also try meditation for the stress…it really helps.

Eating what some call healthy is not always the right answer for each of us. Your body will respond better to certain kinds of foods than others. Belly fat and boobs, indicate a larger amount of fat is accumulating in your body. Certain spots show it first. Healthy prepared frozen foods are not the way to go. Eat more raw foods like broccolli, spinach, beets, carrots, apples, pears, bananas, and nuts. These are all essential foods that provide better nutrition. Avoid the instant weight loss dinners. You need to replenish a healthy amount of enzymes into your system. These are only found in raw foods. They die out at 100 degrees. Get a juicer and make your own fresh juice, avoid those bottles with high fructose corn syrup, very bad for the body. Four apples and a quarter of a lemon will make a very good lemonade, as is.
Exercise until it hurts a bit, keep that level for a week or so, then increase the workout. Raise the body temp for 20 minutes at a time to start burning off the stored fats.
Eat smaller amounts at each meal. 4 or 5 small meals a day will be fine, but stick to small portions and natural, fresh prepared foods. Even those snacks!
Constant Stress will use up your b complex vitamins, so be sure to supplement. We all carry that stress in different places on our bodies. Some get headaches, some get tense muscles. Stress can cause you to crave sugars, have a natural food, like an apple or banana.
At home, MAKE THE TIME to de-stress. Enjoy a long bubble bath with a relaxing fragrance like lavender. Read a woman’s magazine or a book that will take you away for a while, sit in the sun for 20 minutes a day when you can. Get a small fish tank and take time to watch them swim. Find something you like to do to relax, and make it a daily ritual. Meditate on who you are and where you want to be in a few years. Set small goals to accomplish, and get them done. You’ll feel great in no time.

Sit ups are one of the least effective exercises that you could be doing. You need an exercise routine combining resistance and cardio along with a healthy diet. Quit eating sugar and drinking sodas. Read the labels on your food to completely cut the sugar from your diet. Sugar is hidden in many foods and is masked by many names such as high fructose, maltodextrin, maltose, cane syrup, beet syrup to name a few. Don’t use sugar substitutes either. They are toxic to your body. This is too small a space to go into all of the details of what the steps are to change your eating and exercise habits. This site may help you:
Good luck!
