I am trying to lose belly fat on my lower part of the stomach, and i was wondering if i have to do cardio in order to lose belly fat or if lifting weights with your legs work better, thanks in advance

    ANY fat loss requires cardio sessions which are longer than 20 minutes, which mobilizes fat stores EVERYWHERE (fingers, toes, abdomen, hips, chest, face, etc.).

    Leg lifts will work muscle in the abdominal region and will do nothing to little in burning fat.

    you cannot lose belly fat without doing cardio.
