You need to do cardivascular activity like swimming, jogging, biking and or skipping.
Skipping is a really great work out. Try to start at 500 then work up to a couple thousand and you’ll see your tummy go away.
Watch your diet too. Less carbs is supposed to be more effective than less fat i hear.

Secondly, lay off foods containing refined sugars:
No coke, cake, brownies, cookies etc.
and lay off of the junk food too.

Unfortunately, you cannot target one single portion of your body for weight loss as commonly advertised in diet programs. To loose belly fat you will have to loose mass throughout your body. This can be achieved in two steps: exercise and nutrition. First you should attempt to do about an hour of cardiovascular activities (running, swimming, biking, etc) for an hour at least three times a week. Your body starts burning fat after twenty minutes of exercise so if you have limited time during the day, try to do at least thirty minutes worth. Doing sit ups as suggested will make your abs stronger; however, you will not be able to see the muscles without losing the weight first.
Secondly, you should monitor how many calories, sugars, and carbs you are consuming. There are many sites online now that assist in tracking this data, or you could simply write it down. Your first step should be eliminating empty carbs such as sugars (Soda) and reducing junk food consumption. If it is possibly, also attempt to eat several small meals a day (especially breakfast) as opposed to three large meals. If you need to snack between meals, choose something healthy like fruit, nuts, berries.
Good luck and remember to stay commited
