What is the best way to lose belly fat and love handles?
jgdiaz731 asked:
So I am beginning to exercise again. I had previously lost like 50 pounds a couple years ago but since then I have gained most of it back. What I had done before was a lot of cardio and it worked but I remember still having a belly even though I was thinner.I need some tips on how to trim my core (belly) since that is were most of my fat is. Any tips on diet or exercises will be appreciated.

It’s really hard.
You can’t just exercise and lose weight in ONE area. You lose it all over.
The best thing to do is cut back on your meals and exercise.

I would like to say that exercising is always a plus and to make sure you drink half your weight in ounces of water daily. That is very important!!
Also you need to know is that DIETS DON”T WORK!!
They Screw Up Your Metabolism… So Don’t try Dieting and I mean this just keep following me here. Your metabolism is the key!
Did you know that 97% of diets actually…
Damage Your Liver…
Harm Your Digestive System…
Dilapidate Your Energy Levels…
IT”S TRUE!!
So you might be asking… what’s the secret? The secret has to do with your metabolism! You need a way to manipulate it. It’s easier than you might think and once you start doing this you are going to love it! You’re going to want to tell everyone about it. I Promise you that!! Not only that, they will know it works when you show up and everyone sees what it has done for you!
I’m not kidding even though you probably don’t believe me. With this little secret you will boost your metabolism, accelerate your digestive system and burn away the fat so you can get back to being the you that you want to be. Eating actually helps burn fat you just have to know what to eat and at the right times.
Hope that helps and if you want more information on how to manipulate your metabolism you can visit the link below.
Wish you best and good luck,
Robert

I’ve had the same problem on several occasions over past decades. Here is what worked for me every time. Eating less. Exercising more. Especially avoiding sugar, deserts, etc. And walking more than usual. Last time I added hand weight exercise. The belly fat is gone. But not just the belly fat. Face, etc, is thinner also. Not a problem. This may seem simple but it always works for me. Kind of a numbers thing. Eating fewer calories than I’m burning always has worked. Example: eating 1800 calories but burning 2500 calories daily will work well for most of us. Also, a bonus for losing belly fat, etc, is you will live longer. Well established that eating less is Anti-Aging. Best Wishes. Doug

Sounds like you could benefit from a full body cleanse. A friend of mine uses an Acai Berry product, it flushes all the waste out your system.
Shes lost quite a lot of weight and she swears by the stuff. She got it for free too, only had to pay like $4 shipping.
Heres their site:

Common ways on how to lose stomach fat and love handles include:
* a) reduce sodium intake - it aids water retention in the body
* b) drink plenty of ice-cold water - it helps to metabolize stored fat
* c) reduce alcohol intake - it contains a lot of ‘empty calories’
* d) eat healthy - lots of fresh, green vegetables and fruit
* e) exercise regularly - why park close by when you can walk?

Hi,
I faced the same problem until I discovered a book titled “body for life” by Bill Phillips. The book teaches a philosophy that you can follow for the rest of your life. Personally I have lost 2.5 inches off my belly fat, gained good muscle mass and improving daily! I can finally see some of my ab muscles for the first time after 10 years!
Before reading this book, I tried all varieties of exercises including yoga, cardio, jogging, carb control, but Bill Phillips’s book is an integrated approach to exercise, food and psychology, all of which are essential to success!
