does anyone know a good workout plan for a 13 year old guy to lose fat from the belly, sides of belly, and legs. i would also like a good diet with mixed days(some days meat and some days no meat). maybe a range of timings too because i heard to eat smaller meals and more meals. PLEASE HELP! I would like to be skinny by next year or ASAP PLEASE!
i saw this somewhere in yahoo answers and am wondering if it really works:

    I wouldn;t think that would work properly. When you sweat you lose water, not fat. You may drop pounds but you will gain it back 20 times faster.

    When you eat, half of you plate should be veggies, one quarter should be meat/protein, and one quarter should be carbohydrates (bread, pasta, potatoes etc.)

    Read the ingredient label. If you can’t read something you probably shouldn’t be eating it.

    Drink plenty of water (8 glasses a day). Avoid high calorie and sugar drinks such as soda.

    As for working out, do you have a local YMCA? or something like that. A membership to a place like that is usually fairly inexpensive and you have access to all of their facilities (work out center included). If not, my favourite ways to excersise are jogging, bike rididng, roller blading, walking, dancing, and sports like tennis and volleyball (or hockey and basketball if you prefer.)

    Try to work out at least 30 mins a day aside from school physical education. Switch it up a bit and make sure you res at least one day a week.

    TIPS:

    -Cheat on food ONE day a week. Eat whatever you have been craving that week. She the timer for half an hour and just eat. (as long as you havent cheated earlier in the week)

    -If you crave it, you probably shouldnt eat it.

    -Eat stuff in moderation, if you deny yourself something you want it more.

    -Rest your body one day a week.

    - Switch it up. Instead of jumping jacks and sit ups one day try bike riding or rollerblading, its fun and a workout.

    Play half court basketball with your buddies and then work up to full court if you can —___ You can go for 2 hours or more every day after school or run track —– many laps—– It’s all about cardio and Diet
    cut down on burgers and fries and try Chili and Salad (at Wendy’s) and water or Gatorade NOT Coke !
    first the pounds will come off , then the inches.
    You’ll look great in no time and the girls will all go wild !

    Weights and toning exersice at least 1 hour a day.

    Watch the food you eat. don’t eat food high in fat.
    Do some internet searching on fat food.

    lean meats, protein shakes,

    Find out on the internet how many calories you need for a male, your age, and height, and activity you do per day.

    Keep a diary of how you feel each day, what you ate, what exercise you did. Next year go back and read it. You might even have the makings of a good diet book/biography
